Condolences

Condolence From: James Philpot
Condolence: I'm just now seeing this, as I happened to be remembering my time at Mississippi and wanted to look up Dr. Wiebe. I took Dr. Wiebe's (a.k.a. "Dr. Doom") MBA OB course. He told the class that he liked the Dr. Doom reputation because although it scared away the best students (had to have As), it also scared away the bottom feeders. Having been a faculty member myself for 35 years, I understand that now. Dr. Wiebe taught me one of the most important life lessons I have ever learned--the importance of recognizing the difference between a problem and a symptom.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy for your loss. Frank was not only a partner in helping Mississippians be more successful in business, but also he was my trainer and mentor when we had the Mississippi Quality Award Program. I will miss him and honor his presence with us always. You have my prayers, and May God Bless this family. He spoke of you often.
