Verona - Juanita Robertson, 78, died Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at The Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. A native of Arkansas, she was born October 9, 1933 to Rev. S.J. and Jimmie Carl Garrett Meador. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family. She was a member of South Green Baptist Church.

Services will be 3 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2012, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Blake McCain officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Judy Payton (Richard) of Bartlett, Tenn. and Deborah Crouch of Verona; her brother, James W. Meador of Heth, Ark.; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas Robertson who died in 1992; and a daughter, Johnna Kay Crouch.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to service time Friday, February 17, 2012 at the funeral home.
